Nominations sought, deadline is March 31

The Taylor County Historical Society Board of Directors is currently accepting nominations for the 2015 “W.T. Hendry-W.J. Peacock History Award.”

Historical Society members in good standing are asked to submit written nominations by Tuesday, March 31.

Nominations may be deposited in the mail slot at the historical society building located on East Main Street.

The award will be presented at the Society’s annual Awards Banquet planned Saturday, May 16, at the Perry Woman’s Club, starting at 6 p.m.
