Accused drug trafficker Daniel M. McCune opted to leave his fate in the hands a jury, turning down a plea offer that included reduced charges, probation and no jail time.
Nearly three years after his arrest for trafficking a controlled substance (oxycodone), McCune faced a jury last month…and apparently was not happy with the writing on the wall.

A statewide BOLO (be on the look out) has been issued for McCune and the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) is pursuing his whereabouts.
