The Perry City Council has approved an application packet for non-profit groups to receive special permits that would allow limited access alcohol service for events such as fund-raisers, dinners, auctions, etc.
The special permits have been divided into “Class A” and “Class B” categories, with “A” addressing events that could only be held at Rosehead Park and Loughridge Park and which would not have a restricted number of attendees (i.e. a beer garden).
