Judge Parker on short list for appointment to appeals court

Third Judicial Circuit Judge Greg Parker is one of six judges and attorneys under consideration for appointment to the First District Court of Appeals.

In all, 22 judges and attorneys throughout North Florida, including Judge Parker, applied to the First District Court of Appeal Judicial Nomination Commission for nomination to Governor Rick Scott for appointment to replace Judge Nikki Clark following her announced resignation from that court effective June 1.
