Emergency management hosts hurricane program

Taylor County Emergency Management will host its 2015 Hurricane Preparedness Program on Thursday, May 7, from 5-7 p.m. in the Taylor County Middle School auditorium.

“The public is invited to this free event promoting weather awareness,” organizers said.

Guest speakers will include representatives from emergency management, Taylor County Sheriff’s Office, WCTV, American Red Cross, Tri-County Electric, Taylor County CERT and the Health Department in Taylor County.
