Schools announce end-of-year events

With the end of the 2014- 15 school year rapidly approaching, Taylor County High School (TCHS) will host its annual Senior Awards Night Thursday, May 21, beginning at 7 p.m. in the school’s gymnatorium.

The final day of class for seniors is Friday, May 22.

Meanwhile, Taylor County Middle School will hold its awards night Tuesday, June 2, at 6 p.m.

The last day of school for students is Wednesday, June 3.

Finishing the year, Taylor Technical Institute will host its graduation Friday, May 5, at 7 p.m. in the high school gym while the TCHS graduation ceremony is set for Saturday, June 6, at 8:30 a.m. at Dorsett Stadium.
