Horace Barr will be featured artist for upcoming festival

The sixth annual Forest Capital Art and Music Festival will feature local artist Horace Barr.
“He was last year’s first place winner and everyone enjoyed his wonderful paintings,” Festival Coordinator Jeff Byers said. “So, this year he was invited back to present more of his artwork.”
