County seeks additional grant for Forest Capital Hall improvements

With construction now underway on renovations at Forest Capital Hall, the Taylor County Commission is seeking another state grant to fund a proposed second phase of the improvements to the community landmark.

According to County Grants Director Melody Cox, the existing bathrooms have been demolished and crews are working to connect the facility to municipal sewer lines.
