Discount vaccination clinic slated June 6

The Taylor County Veterinary Medical Association will be conducting a discount vaccination clinic this Saturday, June 6, from 9 a.m. to noon, to benefit Helping Hands of the Shelter.

The clinic will be held at Buckeye Community Federal Credit Union (in the tree-filled lot south of the building).

Heartworm tests, rabies vaccinations and more will be available at discounted rates. Flea control and heartworm prevention medicine will also be offered for purchase.

Cats must be in carriers and dogs must be on leashes; two vets will be on-site “for minimal waiting.”
