James A. Warf II, 50, of Perry, died June 3, 2015, at Doctors’ Memorial Hospital in Perry.

Funeral services will be held at Joe P. Burns Funeral Homes of Perry on Saturday, June 6, at 2 p.m. with Pastor Darrell Jones officiating.
