Jimmie Lee Ferns, 88, former resident of Perry, died Monday, June 8, 2015, at Shands Live Oak Hospital in Live Oak.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, June 11, at 4 p.m. at Southside Baptist Church, officiated by the Rev. Gary French and the Rev. Jack Anderson.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Haven Hospice, 6037 West U.S. Hwy 90, Lake City, FL. 32055.

Harry T. Reid Funeral Home was in charge of immediate arrangements.
