Connie Gamble LaValle, 66, of Perry, died June 11, 2015, at Madison County Memorial Hospital in Madison.

The memorial for Mrs. LaValle will be held Sunday, June 14, at 2 p.m. at Joe P Burns Funeral Home of Perry with officiating Minister Jim Hartman.

The family will receive friends one prior to service.
