Scallopalooza set for June 27

Steinhatchee non-profit Marker 1 will host its third annual Scallopalooza Saturday, June 27, from 11 a.m.-10 p.m., in the parking lot of Roy’s Restaurant.

Admission is $6; children ages 12 and under are free. Proceeds will benefit community organizations in Steinhatchee.

“We will have a free kid zone as well as a number of local and area crafters. Food concessions will also be available,” organizers said.

Live entertainment will include Steel Bridge, the Clay Brooker Band, T.J. Brown and Hannah Emerson. The music will begin at 1 p.m.

“Bring your lawn chair and join us for a day of music, food, fun and family.”
