Search underway for escaped jail inmate

Local law enforcement is casting a wide net to capture a 26-old-year jail trustee who failed to report back to the facility Monday, June 29.

An arrest warrant has been sworn for Jeremiah L. White, an inmate at the Taylor County Jail awaiting sentencing for fleeing/eluding police and (habitual) driving with a suspended license charges.
