Ola Jane Cook, 60, of Salem, died Monday, April 15, 2013, at Marshall Health & Rehabilitation Center in Perry following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, at Crosspoint with Dwayne Kight, Arthur Johnson, Eddie Pridgeon and David McMullen officiating. Interment will follow in Woodyard Cemetery in Salem.

The family will receive friends today, April 19, from 6-8 p.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home which is in charge of arrangements.
