Apply here for firearm carry permit

Taylor County residents can now apply for their statewide concealed weapons license locally at the office of Tax Collector Mark Wiggins.

After starting with a three-county pilot program, Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Adam H. Putnam has been expanding the opportunity and now approximately half of Florida’s tax collectors can accept the applications.
