Davis is district’s top non-instruct employee

Taylor County School District officials, including Superintendent of Schools Danny Glover Jr. and Director of Personnel Michael Thompson, were meeting at Big Bend Technical College (BBTC) last Friday morning when around 10:30 a.m., BBTC Director Jodi Tillman asked her administrative assistant, longtime district employee Liddie Davis, to join in because they needed her help.

As with any task set out before her, Davis responded immediately, but instead of being greeted by paperwork, she was handed a bouquet of roses held by Thompson, who was surrounded by numerous members of Davis’ family.
