The plan can be viewed at https://careersourcenorthflorida.com/rfps/ or at the Board’s administration office at 705 E. Base St, Madison, FL. Comments may be addressed via the previously specified link through Friday, March 9, 2018. All comments will be provided to the Governor’s office along with the final plan.

    The administration of the estate of Betty Mae Parker, deceased, whose date of death was August 26, 2017, is pending in the Circuit Court for Taylor County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 108 N. Jefferson Street Suite 102, Perry, Florida 32347. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below.
    All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
    All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
    1ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.

    The District Board of Trustees of North Florida Community College Plans Executive Session
    The District Board of Trustees of North Florida Community College will conduct an Executive Session at the beginning of its regularly scheduled Board meeting on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the Board Room located at Building 9 at North Florida Community College, 325 NW Turner Davis Dr., Madison, FL, to discuss ongoing litigation. The Executive Session will begin before the matters on the agenda for the Regularly Scheduled February 20th Meeting. It is estimated to begin at approximately 5:30 p.m. and will last for approximately thirty (30) minutes.
    The subject matter of the executive session is to discuss litigation strategy and settlement relating to the lawsuit The District Board of Trustees of North Florida Community College v. City of Madison. The discussions in this session shall be confined to settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures as to these litigation matters. The session will be recorded by a certified court reporter. The meeting will last approximately thirty (30) minutes and will be attended by Board members, Chairman Michael R. Williams; Vice-Chair, Ricky N. Lyons; Ann “Sharon” Benoit; J. Travis Coker; Sandra Haas; David Howell; William Washington; Al Williams; Lloyd “Gary” Wright; Board Counsel, Robert J. Sniffen; President John Grosskopf; Special Litigation Attorneys Greg Stewart and Heath Stokley; and the certified court reporter.
    Following the closed session, the Board will reconvene in open session at which time, Board Chairman Williams will announce the termination of the executive session. The Board, at that time, shall take such action as is necessary on this matter and will begin its regularly scheduled Board meeting.
