    The administration of the state of Tina Renee Hopkins, deceased, whose date of death was March 29, 2013, is pending in the Circuit Court for Taylor County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 108 North Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida 32347. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below.
    All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SRVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
    All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
    ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.

    NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL
    NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Suwannee River Water Management District intends to sell certain real property (the Property). A description of the Property is as follows:
    29.41 acres, more or less, located in Section 22 and 27, Township 03 South , Range 04 East, Taylor County, Florida and being part of property identified as Taylor County Tax Parcel 01019-500 and a part of property identified as Taylor County Tax Parcel 01027-500.
    A complete description and map of the Property may be obtaind by contacting the Suwannee River Water Management District at the address and telephone number set out below.
    The sale of the Property shall take place not less than 30 days nor more than 45 days after the first publication of this noice
    This notice is given to comply with the publication requirements of Section 373.089, Florida Statutes.

    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    PURSUANT TO SECTION 10-65, TAYLOR COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES
    (ORDINANCE NO. 2001-12)
    Notice is hereby given that the Taylor County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 5:35 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Taylor County Administrative Complex, 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347, to hear an application for SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT (MUD-BOG) to be held on October 25, October 26 and October 27, 2013, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  The event will be held at the Iron Horse Mud Ranch located at 8999 S. US 19.
    The application is available to the public and may be inspected at the Taylor County Planning Department, located at the Administrative Complex (Old Post Office), 201 E. Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347.
    Notice is further given, pursuant to Florida Statutes 286.0105, that any persons deciding to appeal any matter considered at this hearing will need a record of the hearing and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
