A slip of the tongue by the state’s key witness led to a mistrial Tuesday morning in the case against alleged cocaine dealer Calvin “Dank” Johnson, 48.

The witness had only been on the stand for less than 10 minutes when Johnson’s defense attorney Chuck Hobbs objected to a statement made by the man. Judge Greg Parker asked both Hobbs and Assistant State Attorney James McCain to approach the bench.
