Deborah K. Simmons, 60, of Perry, died Sunday, March 17, 2013, at Shands at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, at First United Methodist Church of Perry with Pastor Wallace Holmes and Pastor James Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Boyd United Methodist Church.

Family members received friends from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home which was in charge of arrangments.
