Educators’ Hall of Fame seeking nominations

The Taylor County School District is now accepting nominations to the 2014 Educators’ Hall of Fame.

Forms can be picked up at the Alton H. Wentworth Administrative Complex located at 318 North Clark Street. All nominations are due no later than noon on Friday, Dec. 19.

To be considered for induction into the Hall of Fame, nominees must meet the following criteria:

• Nominee has served as a Taylor County School Board member, a non-instructional staff member, an instructional staff member or as an administrator.

• Nominee must have retired or resigned from the Taylor County School District.

• Nominee must have a minimum of 25 years working in the field of education with a minimum of 20 years service in Taylor County. Board members must have a minimum of 12 years service on the Taylor County School Board.
