Thomas Wilburn Barrett Jr., 71, of Perry, died Monday, Jan. 6, 2014.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, Jan. 9, at 11 a.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home in Perry with Pastor Jeff Barker officiating. All arrangements are under the care of Joe P. Burns Funeral Home.
