The administration of the estate of BRUCE RAMIREZ TAYCO, deceased, whose date of death was August 29, 2026, and whose social security number is XXX-XX-6629, is pending in the Circuit Court for Taylor County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 108 N. Jefferson Street, Perry, FL 32348. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
The personal representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedent’s death by the decedent or the decedent’s surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described is ss. 732.216-732.228, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under s. 732.2211, Florida Statutes.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
PLANNING BOARD ATTORNEY
The Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County is requesting qualifications for a Planning Board Attorney.
The Attorney must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and be familiar with the Taylor County Comprehensive Plan and the Taylor County Land Development Regulations. The retainer and hourly rate will be negotiated.
Attorneys interested in the position are requested to submit their written interest and qualifications in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFQ – Planning Board Attorney” to the Taylor County Clerk of Court, Taylor County Courthouse, 108 N. Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida 32347 (mailing address: P.O. Box 620, Perry, Florida 32348), no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2026. Submissions received after that time will not be considered. No faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted.
Submissions will be publicly opened at the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, Taylor County Administrative Complex, 201 E. Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347. After the qualifications are reviewed, the Board of County Commissioners will decide whom to interview.

Pursuant to section 193.122, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given to all taxpayers and owners of both real and personal property that the 2026 Taylor County Tax Rolls were extended to show the tax attributable to all taxable property and certified for collection to the Tax Collector on October 1, 2026. Following the final certification of the Value Adjustment Board, the 2026 Tax Rolls were recertified for collection to the Tax Collector on October 29, 2026.
