Ponchos owner sues county and former building official

The owner of the Ponchos Cantina food-truck venue at Keaton Beach is suing Taylor County and its former building official, Terrance “Terry” McKeever, claiming the county has not honored a settlement allowing a restroom at the site and that McKeever retaliated against him for hiring an attorney.
