Phillip Lamar Watts, 61, of Perry, died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2014 at Shands at UF in Gainesville.

A memorial service will be held Monday, Sept. 8, at 11 a.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home in Perry with Pastor Richard Sauls officiating.

The family will receive friends Monday, Sept. 8, from 10 until 11 a.m.
