James William Byrd Sr., 75, of Milton, died Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, Sept. 9, at 1 p.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home in Perry with Pastor Danny Lundy officiating.
