Phillip Lamar Watts, 61, of Perry, died Sept. 4, 2014, at Shands at UF in Gainesville.

A memorial service was held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 8, at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Sauls officiating. The family received friends one hour prior to services.
