Thanksgiving dinners to be served

The 2014 Thanksgiving Outreach Meal will be served today (Wednesday) from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at First Presbyterian Church, 310 Plantation Road, and also First Assembly of God, 828 W. Julia Street.

Meals will feature traditional Thanksgiving turkey, with all the trimmings.

Many hands throughout the community have participated in pre-work for this event which may serve up to 1500 individuals this year.
