Looking for the best next-generation grillmasters

The fourth annual EZ Kidz- Que Grillmaster Contest is currently seeking entrants. The competition will be held during the seventh annual Southern Pines Blues & BBQ Festival on Saturday, Dec. 13.

Open to youth ages 6-15, the event boasts $300 in cash and prizes up for grabs. The entry fee is $15.

The competition will feature two age categories, 6-11 (cooking hamburgers) and 12-15 (cooking chicken breasts). The entry deadline is Friday, Dec. 5.
