Carol Jean Ragans Tuten, who was born Oct. 29, 1937, in Madison, died on Dec. 9, 2014.

A service honoring the memory of Mrs. Tuten was held Monday, Dec. 15, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala

In lieu of flowers, donations to the FSU Alpha Delta Pi sorority and the Humane Society are suggested.
