City workers found themselves in the unlikely position of saving Christmas Wednesday morning, working quickly to repair a busted water line that jeopardized water flow for the entire city.
The line, which evidently burst sometime in the early morning hours, gushed hundreds of gallons of water, wiping out a large portion of pavement in the Save-A-Lot parking lot.
