Jeanne Frances Beardman Hlebak, of Perry, died Sept. 6, 2015, at her home.

A memorial service hosted by the Taylor County Special Olympics and the Sandy Toes Red Hat Society of Perry will be held on Saturday, Sept. 19, beginning at 3:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church.
