Jackie Ellen Baumgardner

Jackie Ellen Baumgardner, 59, earned her angel wings on Oct. 4, 2020, in Perry.

She was born Nov. 16, 1960, in Perry to James Jones and Jan Bembry Jones.

Jackie was preceded in death by: her father, James C. Jones Jr.; her husband, James Wade Baumgardner; her sister, Bobbie Ann Jolley; her brother, Pete Jones; and a grandson, Nathan Bolden.

She is survived by: her mother, Jan Bembry Jones; five children, Jana, Jamie, Jeremy, Jina and Justin Baumgardner; and four grandchildren, Ja’liah Jackson, Jamison Welch, Jaythan Bolden and Brayden Baumgardner; as well as a host of nieces and nephews, and very special friend, Julie Ela.

A graveside service was held on Friday, Oct. 9, at 2 p.m. at Carlton Cemetery with the Rev. Mary Browning and David McMullen officiating.
