Taylor Coastal Water and Sewer District (the District) is soliciting proposals from Florida licensed and insured mowing contractors to perform various mowing tasks on its properties. An RFP including a Statement of Services may be obtained from the District Office located at 18820 Beach Road or by calling (850) 578-3043. A copy of the RFP may also be found at www.tcwsd.org. Responses must be received by 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 15, 2022. The District reserves the right, in its sole absolute discretion, to reject any or all proposals, to cancel or withdraw this bid solicitation at any time, and to waive any irregularities in the RFP process. The District reserves the right to award any contract to the respondent which it deems to offer the best overall service; therefore, the District is not bound to award any contract based on the lowest quoted price or rates.

In addition to the above described limitations period, Section 733.710 of the Florida Probate Code provides a two-year statute of limitations, running from the date of the Decedent’s death, on creditors’ claims. Except for liens as set forth in Section 733.710(3) or creditors who file claims within the period set forth above and within 2 years after the person’s death, 2 years after the death of a person, neither the Decedent’s estate, the Personal Representative, nor the beneficiaries shall be liable for any claim or cause of action against the Decedent, whether or not Letters of Administration have been issued.
Date of the first publication of the Notice to Creditors was September 2, 2022, and the Decedent’s date of death was March 12, 2022.

Notice is hereby given that the Taylor County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 9:05 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Taylor County Administrative Complex, 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347, to hear an application for a SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT (MUD-BOG) to be held on September 30th – October 1st, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Original Pudding Creek site located at 6519 S. Red Padgett Road, Perry, Florida.
The application is available to the public and may be inspected at the Taylor County Planning Department, located at the Administrative Complex (Old Post Office), 201 E. Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347.
