James Henry “Jim” Garvin Jr., 66, passed away on July 15, 2023, in Perry. A celebration of Jim’s life will be held on Saturday, July 29, at noon at Burns Funeral Home of Perry. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. to noon prior to the service. Private interment will be held at the Tallahassee National Cemetery. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
