Connie Ann Chiarelli, 58, of Perry, died Sunday, March 16, 2014, at Doctors’ Memorial Hospital in Perry.

Graveside services will be held Friday, March 21, at 11 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery in Perry with Pastor Eddie Pridgeon officiating.

Memorial contributions can be made to The Sandy Toes Chapter of The Red Hat Society. All arrangements are under the care of Joe P. Burns Funeral Home.
