Trisha Clayton

Trisha Clayton, 42, transitioned on Aug. 4, 2026. She was born on Dec. 8, 1983, at the Naval Hospital in Guam. As a child, she moved from San Diego, Calif., to Jacksonville in 1989. She graduated from Stanton College Preparatory School in Jacksonville with the Class of 2002. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art in December 2007 from Florida State University. Trisha served her community as a dedicated employee at the Florida Department of Revenue. Trisha was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Estella Green. Her memory will be forever cherished by: her devoted husband, George Clayton II; her precious daughter, Amaya Davis; her loving father, Ricardo Green (and wife Norma); her dear sister, Taryn Green; her parents-in-love, George Clayton Sr. (Sandra Clayton); and her sister, Zondra Clayton; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Public visitation will be held Thursday, Aug. 13, from 5-6 p.m. at St. John M.B. Church in Tallahassee. A Celebration of Live will be held Friday, Aug. 14, at 11 a.m., at the church. Funeral services are entrusted to Eric A. Brown & Son Funeral Home.
