Jerry N. Mixon, 76, of Perry, died Nov. 23, 2014, at Doctors’ Memorial Hospital in Perry.

A memorial service will be held at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home on Sunday, Nov. 30, at 3 p.m. with Dan Chaney officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2 until 3 p.m.

Memorial contributions can be made to Doctors’ Memorial Hospital Foundation.
